This is for adults with HR-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are already on an aromatase inhibitor plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor and whose blood ctDNA test shows an ESR1 mutation before imaging progression — and who may be candidates for labelled Etcamah switched onto the same CDK4/6 backbone.
