Wegovy Weekly Shot for Weight, Heart, Liver, and Teens 12+

Wegovy is a once-weekly prescription shot of semaglutide. The FDA, Health Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia have labelled it for weight management in adults with obesity (or overweight plus a weight-related condition) and, on the weight door, for eligible teens 12 and older. The US and Canada also label a heart door in adults with established cardiovascular disease and overweight or obesity. The US (accelerated), Canada (NOC/c), and UK (conditional) label a MASH door in adults with F2–F3 fibrosis without cirrhosis — that is not a confirmatory cure. Authorized is not funded.

Zepbound Weekly Shot for Weight and Sleep Apnea

Zepbound is a once-weekly prescription shot of tirzepatide. The FDA and Health Canada label it for weight management in adults with obesity (or overweight plus a weight-related condition) and for moderate-to-severe OSA in adults with obesity. It is not Mounjaro’s diabetes/CV carton, not a general sleep-apnea drug for people without obesity, and not compounded tirzepatide. Outside North America the local brand name is usually Mounjaro — read that country’s label, not the US Zepbound carton. Authorized is not funded.
